SYNOPSIS

Adds a new Schedule with logic to periodically invoke, defined using Cron Expressions.

DESCRIPTION

Adds a new Schedule with logic to periodically invoke, defined using Cron Expressions.

A hashtable of arguments to supply to the Schedule's ScriptBlock.
