Stores secrets that can be used to sign cookies.

Set-PodeCookieSecret -Value <String> [-Global] [-ProgressAction <ActionPreference>] [<CommonParameters>]
DESCRIPTION
Stores secrets that can be used to sign cookies. A global secret can be set for easier retrieval.
