SYNOPSIS
Removes a cookie from the Response.
SYNTAX
Remove-PodeCookie [-Name] <String> [-ProgressAction <ActionPreference>] [<CommonParameters>]
DESCRIPTION
Removes a cookie from the Response, this is done by immediately expiring the cookie and flagging it for discard.
